RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Jolene follows a PAID 7 days return & exchange policy contingent on quality checks.

We are happy to return a product and provide refund or exchange the product(s) purchased from us if the return/exchange request is registered with us within 7 days from the date of actual delivery of the product and provided the product(s) are unused, unwashed and in the original selling condition and intact with original tags.

All return or exchange requests must be placed via our website only.

Sale & Clearance:
Products under sale and/or in clearance are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Jolene Discount Codes:
Products purchased using special discount coupon codes issued by Jolene can be returned within 7 days and only store credit will be issued post the QC process with the standard logistics and return processing fee of Rs.100. No refund will be provided. These products are eligible for complimentary exchange subject to availability of sizes of the products, else store credit will be issued.

Damaged product / wrong item:
In case you have received a damaged, defective, wrong product at delivery or any item is missing then you should notify us immediately, and no later than forty-eight hours from the time of receipt / delivery of the item / product, by sending an email along with the relevant photos to support@jolene.club. In the event of your failure to notify us within the said forty-eight hours period, we will not be able to process your request for return nor will we be able to refund you the money.

-- All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
-- Discounted/on sale items cannot be returned.
-- Item once exchanged cannot be returned.
-- No refund of shipping or COD charges.

-- A return and handling fee starting from INR 99 for every two items is payable per return request. Multiple return requests from the same order will be charged separately.

-- All returned items will undergo quality checks. Returns may be rejected if:
a) Items are not original.
b) Tags are missing.
c) Items show usage or wash.
d) Items show damage.

-- Refunds will be processed after QC or exchange shipped.
-- Damaged items received will not incur return fees.
-- Wrong or counterfeit returns will not be accepted and may be destroyed if not collected.
-- Decision on disputes is at Jolene’s discretion.
-- Items can be returned/exchanged only once.
-- Misuse of the policy may lead to refusal of returns.

Store Credits
Store credits may be issued and used only on Jolene platforms. They cannot be redeemed for cash, are valid for 6 months, and can be used across multiple orders.

Offline Store Returns and Exchanges:
Products purchased at Jolene Offline Stores can be exchanged or returned within 7 days only at the store where purchased. Only store credit will be provided. No cash refunds.
